    I have given over 13 gallons. Today was the slowest service I have ever received. I was the fist of 3 walkins at 943am. I was the 3rd interviewed . I can donate whole blood in about 6 to 7 minutes. I finished at 1055am. I used Tavares Waterman for over 10years and never took more than 40 minute This is goring ridiculous. Now I have to scan a code after donating to answer if I feel ok. Health wise yes but a friendly how to you feel from a person would be better. You are under staffed

    I'm a regular donor of blood. I needed blood to save my life more than once and I can't express enough gratitude for my life that I live and breathe. Thank you so so much for saving my life! Now, it's my turn to save lives! The staff is absolutely amazing, wonderful and charming! Very good at their jobs and I felt welcomed from the first time I went. I would like to thank them all for not judging me for the outside appearance. They told me that they didn't care what I looked like, as long as I'm healthy and willing, they're more than happy to take my blood! Lol. You are all Rock Stars and I appreciate you 💕!

    I donated blood as I have been for a few years now and this particular time the computer system was down on July 30, 2024. Every time I try to call customer service to have my account updated I get a voicemail saying that I will get a call back in 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS. This never happened and I imagine One Blood sold the blood that I donated and didn't miss a beat with their business end of things. Never again will I use One Blood and lesson learned.

    I enjoyed donating blood, especially for the first time I was a bit worried but the staff was really nice and helpful.
