    The site is hygienic and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, I was not able to donate blood because the gauge of the needle for whole blood donation is too large for my veins. The site was out of the donor gift, but it was still a pleasant experience.

    I don't make a habit of leaving reviews, especially negative reviews, but I'm going to make an exception here due to the fact that this involves my health. I was told by my provider that I need to donate blood and was referred to OneBlood. At the time of my first visit, I wasn't aware there was a form my provider had failed to give me. The receptionist kindly provided me with a copy of that form and let me know that when I had it, I could make an appointment. I got the form, but have been unable to reach anyone at this clinic. I've called and left numerous messages without ever receiving a call back. If I make an appointment through the OneBlood website, it's cancelled without any stated reason or contact. The next nearest donor center would require me to drive half an hour where this one is less than ten minutes away. I don't want to visit a clinic that is further away without needing to, but I genuinely cannot get in contact with anyone here. I deeply appreciate the work OneBlood does for the community, which is why I won't be giving one star. Regardless of my circumstances, the staff here help provide a valuable service. I cannot, however, ignore how I've been treated though, particularly when it's medically necessary for me to donate blood.

    I have given over 13 gallons. Today was the slowest service I have ever received. I was the fist of 3 walkins at 943am. I was the 3rd interviewed . I can donate whole blood in about 6 to 7 minutes. I finished at 1055am. I used Tavares Waterman for over 10years and never took more than 40 minute This is goring ridiculous. Now I have to scan a code after donating to answer if I feel ok. Health wise yes but a friendly how to you feel from a person would be better. You are under staffed
