- RRRNCAJan 5, 20261.0I had been a loyal patient here for over 8 years because the previous doctors and hygienists were honest and focused on regular, necessary care—no pressure, no upselling. That has unfortunately changed. My routine cleaning was rescheduled at the last minute and pushed back by more than a month. When I finally came in, after over an hour of X-rays and evaluation, I was told if I had “agreed” to a deep cleaning package with additional fees—and that they could do it immediately. Interesting how there’s flexibility for overtreatment, but not for routine care. I won’t be returning. Many years ago, I found this place after a nearby dental office tried to sell me an expensive “deep cleaning” package. At that time, the hygienist and doctor here provided careful, regular cleanings instead. They were honest, patient-oriented, and never pushed unnecessary treatments. Because of that, I came back every year for over 8 years. Unfortunately, those honest and patient-focused doctors and staff have since retired, and a new group has taken over. It’s disappointing to see the legacy built by the previous staff being undone. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I will not be returning. Good luck.
