I went back in after already spending almost $800 spoke with the original tech she told me for the vision that needed. It would be an additional almost $750 and that there’s nothing she could do about it I explained my last pair of glasses from a different place. I didn’t have this issue and I literally were a fraction of the price. She then referred me to the manager, which was absolutely very rude. Wasn’t concerned about me not being able to see, but only about charging me The additional cost to have my glasses As of now, I have $800 in glasses that are useless. This place has very poor customer service. I highly would not recommend them. About getting the money from insurance and not about their customer, they had no solution besides to charge me an additional 700 and Which is absolutely ridiculous considering my last pair for the same glasses was under $300 with the right lenses

She previously had glasses with a prescription that I was not confident with. After seeing Dr. W my suspicions were confirmed. The prescription was not doing much for my daughter. Dr. W let me know, that even with the highest possible prescription, my daughter was not seeing clearly. She took her time and explained to me that it didn’t seem like there was a structural issue or a prescription issue. For the first time ever, I learned that people could have visual processing disorders. She was unable to directly help us, but she referred us to someone who specializes in pediatric visual therapy. We are so grateful that we stumbled upon her. She didn’t just write a prescription for the sake of a sale, like the last doctor did. She took her time and didn’t rush us when we had questions. We felt like she treated us like family! Although I didn’t get the names of all the staff members, everyone was super helpful not only with their interactions with me, but as I observed their actions with others. I understand that provision is a large company but this location didn’t just make me feel like a number. Everyone at the office deserves a raise because you don’t find this type of customer service anymore. My second appointment was for myself and it went about the same way! This is the only place that we will be going from now on. To the team: Keep up the great work !!
