I have never experienced the lack of professionalism at any other blood donation site as I did here. Over an hour for checkin. Overdraw of blood. No follow up with making sure I was ok after the blood draw. No offer of juice or water. No receipt, unit number, or acknowledgement of donation so that I could check in with the OneBlood website for follow up information. Unbelievable lack of procedure and professionalism for handling human blood products!
