On November of this year, I got scheduled for an update hearing test and to and to address any concern I might have with aids since they were now 6 years old. I met with the hearing expert, Harry Dorsey. He was extremely helpful, never gave me a sales pitch to get new aids. However he explained the benefit with no pressure at all. I decided it was to my benefit to get an upgrade model. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment to see how it was going. He listen to my minor concern and made an adjustment and was very helpful until I was satisfied. He is a very caring person. I would recommend him to anyone.

Believe me this actually turned out better for me! I had to get new aids. The audiologist thoroughly tested me, and took time to insure the correct diagnosis which provided me with new hearing aids that are a significant improvement from my old ones. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend Harry “Tommy” Dorsey, and AudioNova. They made my week better and really earned my confidence.
