I made an appointment at AudioNova and was greeted by a very polite receptionist named Mara. She was able to get me an appointment the next day. Mr. Harry Dorsey, the hearing instrument specialist, was quick to diagnose the issue and we had an in depth discussion on my device and my anticipated cochlear device I was about to receive. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Dorsey invited me to a hearing device seminar in Fort Myers which I quickly accepted and reserved. I highly recommend this business and their very competent, polite and professional staff.
