- KBKen BuhrNov 7, 20251.0This place used to be great, and the customer service was exceptional when they were Connect Hearing. Now that it's AudioNova, they are short staffed and quite rude. I gave them a few chances thinking maybe it was just a bad day but each time I go there it's the same rude behavior, like it's part of their company policy to be rude to customers. I even went to another location, and the service was equally bad if not worse. (Fort Myers and Cape Coral offices) I was with Connect Hearing for nearly 6 years but now I will find another company that wants my business.
