The problem is that the person responsible for verifying insurance information either doesn't know what they're doing or isn't paying attention. I wasted my time and took my son out of school for nothing. I called this place and asked if they accepted my insurance. They said yes and sent me the forms I had to fill out, which I completed, providing all the required information, including my son health insurance. They called me to schedule the appointment, and when I arrived, they told me they didn't accept the insurance and that the consultation cost $200. Don't waste people's time and make sure you check the documents before scheduling an appointment. Do your coordination and verification work properly. Some of us work and don't have time to waste.

- SSSBNov 23, 20255.0Been using Kelly Gordon for my Primary Care physician for years. Unlike other doctors, she really takes time to talk with you and her attention to detail has been unmatched. Some doctors jump to diagnosis or don't seem to really listen to what a patients has to really say before diagnosing. Kelly listens and uses her deep understanding of her patients to be attentive to patients complaints or symptoms and takes all into account before coming up with a plan. Kudos to Kelly Gordon and I highly recommend her as a Primary Care Physician and/or Behavioral Therapist.
