Came for an initial visit 4 days ago for my 6 year old. Retuned today for her follow up (4 days later) and the front desk tries to collect and ask to set up a payment plan implying this is necessary to be seen. Very frustrating, I understand billing but trying to collect 4 days from the initial visit is more of a concern than patient care is sickening.

They get the job done but man is the office filthy. Even my small children were commenting about how gross it was. Everything from the floor to tables is just old and dirty. The staff seem a bit unprofessional with the exception of the PA (amazing!!!). All very nice, but it just gives a bit disorganized. They schedule entirely too many people at a time, so full that the waiting room ran out of chairs, kind of ridiculous when you have kids with broken bones and nowhere to sit.

Hands down this is a terrific place! I cannot express how wonderful this place is. If your child needs an orthopedic definitely go to this office. The staff is wonderful and very caring. Great with children. They take the time to listen and they take extra care in time and answer all of your questions. God bless everyone that works here.

This cannot be the same office recommend by PA which is one of the nicest thorough children’s office staff. At 1st call very disgusting demeanor and attitude. My baby has been in so much pain but if a Doctor allows the front desk, the 1st person their clients have to interact with to treat people with such disrespect before even saying hello how’s your day! I can’t imagine your office carrying for CHILDREN 😔 No bedside training at all.
