- IMIsmael MartinezNov 14, 20251.0Just literally came in as a walk they close at 4 pm. Some nurse out in the back states whose here walking in when we are about to close. You would think making a donation wouldn't be problem. She was rude and stated she wouldn't take me & that she can make me an appointment for another day. Before I walked out of there I told she was rude & she needs to learn some customer service. Won't ever be coming back to this place. I have always donated since I was young but not any longer.

I have nothing but problems. totally incompetent technicians last time last time they really messed up my arm. My whole arm was black and blue for a month. and when you call to make a complaint, you have to wait 7 to 10 days before somebody calls you back if they call you back. I am totally done. with one blood if you like getting butchered and being used as a pin cushion go ahead, but I don’t UPDATE believe me I will not be calling you back. if you care about your Doners would not make them wait 7 to 10 days for a return phone call when have a complaint or a concern. you have very incompetent technicians. that should not be drawn blood from people. it’s only a matter of time before something seriously happens if it hasn’t happened already. like I said, I will not be donating no more. I’ll find some other way to donate it is totally outrageous. How you allow incompetent people to draw blood from people.

It's no wonder plant City has a 4.9 rating and Brandon has a 3.8. they never answer their phone. Always find an excuse not to take you. I literally drive past the Brandon location to go to plant City once a month. I'm in a hurry today so really wanted to go to Brandon called to find out if I got there at 2:30 would they take me? Of course they don't even answer the phone
