My experience this morning with Dr Nguyen was less than pleasant...actually felt a bit insulted the way she addressed the issues with my feet, it embarrassed me..I visited a spa a couple months ago, and was concerned about fungus...could also be damaged from using polish for years, either way still embarrassing.. She had asked her assistant to help with something, saying she didn't have her glasses on..as she proceeded to cut into my toe nail for a biopsy!! Did I mention she didn't have her glasses on..Basically it was pretty uncomfortable. And from the picture, it was a bit of a hack job! I have no desire to go back. I will get results and find another specialist. Was not at all happy with experience!!

Today I especially want to commend their staff members Melanie and Yoli. When faced with a very ugly adverse situation, they both maintained their professionalism and kept their cool. They deserve both a medal and a raise! It's so hard to find good customer service these days. I wanted to make sure that they were recognized I would recommend anybody go there for any podiatry needs that you have.
