  Got an exam from Dr Suarez today. She was so impressive. Tisea and Gladimir are standouts here. Very patient and easy to work with. Got my glasses within an hour and they are great. Will always come here!

  Posting this review on my mothers behalf as it’s absolutely upsetting how they have treated her —— I do not recommend this company to anyone. Please don’t spend even a cent here — it’s been a complete scam, The employees are actually extremely rude as well. In January, I went to this location for my annual exam. They ordered my contacts but kept making mistakes — sending the wrong ones multiple times. By July, they claimed the problem was fixed, but the new contacts were still too large and kept sliding in my eyes. When I complained, they blamed my astigmatism instead of checking the fit. No one realized the lenses were the wrong size. I went to Costco for another exam — the prescription was nearly the same, but Costco made the correct size lenses right away. I even tried opening another box from Stanton, thinking maybe one was defective, but every pair had the same issue. After months of visits and no solution, I went back in October, and they refused to help, saying the 90-day policy had expired — even though they had spent 7 months giving me the wrong lenses. Finally, Joel Anderson (sales manager) was the only one who noticed the lenses were too big for my eyes — but even then, they refused to fix it. I’ve spent over $400, plus all the wasted time, and now I’m stuck with six months of unusable contacts. This place is irresponsible, careless, and unprofessional. They mismanaged my order for months and took no accountability. Go to Costco instead — they’re honest, accurate, and professional. Your money and time are valuable — don’t waste them here.

  Si le pudiera dar cero estrellas, le daría cero, porque esa es la gente más incompetente y que más mal trabajo no me refiero a personal que atiende a los clientes, me refiero donde ellos mandan los espejuelos a hacer que los he mandado a hacer cinco veces y ninguno me sirvió ninguna vez, me sirvieron los espejuelos y cuando me fueron a devolver el Credito que yo pagué que pagué $329. Solamente me reembolsaron 244, porque supuestamente el examen es gratis, pero te lo ponen arriba del precio de los espejuelos y para mi sorpresa cuando les pregunto me rebajaron $79 por la medición de la vista he dado más de 10 viajes allí y me han mandado los espejuelos de vuelta a cambiarle las medidas a cambiarle todo y con ningún espejuelo, veo y ni por vergüenza fueron capaz de decir no no te vamos a rebajar esos $79 por el pésimo y mal trabajo que hemos hecho aquí y que hacemos con todo el que viene aquí porque eso no sirve ahí les recomiendo que ahí no vayan nadie nadie eso no sirve Desde febrero. Estoy haciéndome los espejuelos con esas personas y con y ningunos espejuelos me sirvieron cero estrellas cero.

  Joel was absolutely AMAZING. He was extremely helpful, professional and informative from the very moment we walked into Stanton. Joel was very patient and made my mom and I feel comfortable and never rushed us as we decided on which pair of glasses to purchase. He was of great assistance and patiently guided us through the process every step of the way. I wouldn’t want to purchase glasses from anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend going to Stanton and having Joel Anderson assist you. He’s great! Thank you Joel!!!
