I had an emergency situation while my father was in assisted living and it turned out he needed memory care. I called value care desperate and within a few hours, they had someone at the facility with my father while he was waiting for placement in memory care. The staff called me, let me talk to my father; they laughed together, took him out for a walk by the pool. He really enjoyed the time spent with them. I never write reviews, but in times like these when you need help for your loved ones, an agency pulling through so quickly means the world! I will certainly stay loyal and use them again!

We were very disappointed with the lack of quality service and lack of professionalism from many of the women /aides sent over to assist my sister suffering from ALS. We had already given my sisters condition having ALS to Ileaine, Jessica, Maria ( women who are the receptionists) only it did not matter as the aides whom they sent provided a low-value care- lack of knowledge , lack of language, incompetence and lack of respect. We had to ask a few caregivers to leave as they could not communicate , they were inefficient and did not take initiative to assist unless one of us asked them to help my sister with ALS out..Other than that they would sit on a couch looking at their iphones . We cancelled, ,paid what was agreed and a few days later they billed me for the days the caregivers weren't there or the day one did not show up. PLS do not hire this company as they are not the warm professional caregivers you would want for your loved ones. Their name says it all "Value" care - that means MINIMAL care for your loved ones . Very disappointed :(
I must say at least the receptionist who take the 1st call like Eileen, or Nicole do demonstrate a good attitude - unfortunately the caregivers they get DO NOT.

So far they are batting 1000% at being awful.
1. First caregiver was good although she parked in two neighbors' driveways even though our address is clearly visible.
2. Second caregiver went into the wrong house, sat down and would NOT leave because she said, "This is the right address and I am staying". (My 95 year old neighbor was terrorized and went to turn on the home alarm. She thought it was a home invasion at 10PM.) Even though her client's name was a man's name, she would not admit that she was in the wrong house where no man lived.
3. I saw a strange car parked in my elderly neighbor's driveway and figured it was the aide so I retrieved her.
4. When the aide was not texting, she was sound asleep through the night and my husband had to scream for her dozens of times. (I slept in the other part of the house with a closed door). She sat right outside his door. He had accidents in the bed throughout the night which were not really accidents but her fault. There were several thunderstorms in the night (that woke us up). When my husband asked her if she heard the thunderstorms, she said, "No".
5. He dismissed the aide. She REFUSED to leave our home until her shift was up. I cleaned up the bathroom and had to dispose of the trash and sanitize the area. (For future reference, in America we can ask anyone to leave our home if they do not have a warrant.)
6. This morning (as we wait for another aide) we receive a broken english message (could not understand). It was the aide that was supposed to be here in 10 minutes. We called the agency to learn that our aide has canceled the day and they MIGHT be able to send someone else. "Might".
7. The whole neighborhood knows our business now and we have no one to care for my husband.
8. I leave this up to you to decide if this is a decent agency.
