- PHPaul HelmsDec 4, 20251.0MDVIP uses misleading payment schedules in their ads and websites and relies on that misunderstanding to lock patients into 1 year contracts that they cannot get out of. They then will not provide a written termination notice for the contract if requested prior to the final payment. They are banking on people to forget to cancel their contract and then use the auto-renewal feature to lock them into another year. While in theory concierge medicine seems like a way for patients to receive high quality care, the way this business strategy is enacted is taking advantage of those same patients.

GOLDMAN Sachs is demanding all MDVIP doctors raise their membership fee to at least $2500 or more and then have annual increases of $100 or more every year. All this with no added medical value. Goldman Sachs takes 30% of the membership fee which equates to $600 to $1000 a year. Patients need to negotiate this fee with doctors and stop this outlandish money grab by Goldman Sachs.

They have also helped me several times sending prescriptions out of state during my couple of years of living bicoastal. They always help in coordinating care with specialists as needed. Dr Smith make me feel well taken care of.
