- JGJob GuruMar 26, 20241.0I walked into the store today and asked the gentleman present if I could return a store product. I did not have the product in hand or in my personal possession. Despite my repeated explanation that I only needed to change the name under my account and had moved past the product issue, he insisted on returning the product to the original store. I offered to provide verification but he persisted. Frustrated, I asked if he could provide me with the corporate number, knowing that the location was corporate-owned and he also refused. I called corporate and they were able to resolve the issue. This was very unprofessional.
