Stretches, and we'll check back in a couple months. I've been living with shoulder pain from tour rotator cuffs for over 3 years. Never had it treated because I'm not big on. Doctors and this is why they'll take your money and not give you anything or treat any problems you have... I like to think I have a high pain tolerance, but it has just gotten too bad and it's starting to affect my life. And I feel that I do enough, stretching and moving. I work for a living, I don't see how more stretching and physical.Therapy is gonna help a damn thing.
