  They didn’t sign over the chain of custody for my urine the first time. I didn’t notice the first time because how often do you take drug test? Second time around driving the two hours there a week later we did the paperwork correctly. I’m a little upset.

  Very impersonable. No eye contact given by staff. Especially the front desk clerk. From the time I walked in I felt like it was an imposition to be waited on. Staff spoke amongst themselves. Patients just given directions.

  Not professional at all. They didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Had a urine test done and they threw the rest of the urine in the trash and then had to go back and get the container out of the trash. Horrible experience.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I arrived around 1:00 p.m., there was no one at the front desk. The receptionist was on her phone both times I approached. I signed in at 1:05 and waited 35 minutes before asking for an update. The receptionist, who had a noticeable attitude, told me that two people had just returned from lunch and she didn’t know how long it would take for someone to see me. I was only there for bloodwork, yet after waiting 50 minutes with no progress, I asked for my lab order back and asked about scheduling an appointment. I was told that wasn’t possible because it’s a walk-in clinic. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and inconsiderate of patients’ time. I will not be returning to this location.

  I have been to this facility about three times over the last three years. And I must say that each time it gets better and better. The last two times were within the last two weeks. I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Yomaira at the front desk. Very efficient and knowledgeable of her job. She took my information and gave further instructions. Even when I didn't understand my paperwork, she knew exactly what to do with it. The waiting area was clean and theybhad sufficient seating. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. Great customer service! Last week I needed immunizations completed and Ashely gave me my first shot. When I tell you she's good? She's good!!!! Didn't feel a thing!!! She even gave me a countdown before the immunization as requested. LOLOLOL (Beautiful personality). Lastly, Liz Drissel...this provider is awesome!!! She was very concerned about me as a patient and my well being. You don't find this too often with many doctors. And if you do, you better hold on to them tight. Dr. Liz...you are the bomb.com!!! Thankful for everyone at this facility. Keep doing what you're doing!!!
