A future visit is definitely on the horizon , but I will be intentional on emptying my bladder before the experience. The ocean, rain and thunder sounds interfered with my ability to fully relax.

Not knowing what to expect, we donned ourselves in comfortable clothes to prepare for this experience. Liana gave us a yoga mat, blanket and light canceling glasses. Once on the floor lying comfortably, she began her "gonging" (for lack of a better term), using both metal and crystal bowls, a large gong and chimes. It was a great time to meditate and relax. I would definitely return.
