  The receptionists, the dentist I saw, and other staff were nice to me and attentive. One gave me a compliment about my positive demeanor. I ended up not going back, and I found a new dentist after my second visit because while a Black, female hygienist, I forgot her name and would not mention it on here, was not rude to me, she shared too much information regarding her family business and her disagreeing with a decision a niece of hers made, and she felt like she was disrespecting her mother. I did not agree, and that was the niece’s business, but I did not say anything because I did not want an argument to occur. She also was too serious when I told her I no longer wore my retainer, I lost it a while ago, and that I was told to wear it for 5 - 10 years by my former orthodontist, which she said people wear them for the rest of their lives. I also noticed the office was fast-paced and maybe had dysfunction and high turnover due to the angry patients giving the receptionists an attitude. There was one Black, middle-aged lady doing that, and I purposely sat far away from her, and I felt bad for the receptionist.

  Still waiting on a call back from this establishment; this was over a month ago over a billing issue in which the company billed me for a service in which I did not even receive.

  Dr. Monet made time quickly assess my symptoms and pain. She also addressed my needs, and even gave referrals for my more serious dental maintenance and reconstruction needs.

  I love the staff from the entrance to the service of my dentist my teeth are aligned perfect everyone work together to make my dentist job more successful

  This one was my first visit and was late by 10 mins. The reception told me to reschedule my appointment. I had a disablilty in my leg and requested to consider it but staff didn’t consider that at all. Very disappointed. I have never faced this kind of professional or hospitality ethics in my life.
