    HAD A 11:30 AM APPOINTMENT...THEY SAID I HAVE NO APPOINTMENTS.. did NOT GET SEEN until 3:00pm.WAITING ROOM BETTER .Sat in the ROOM FOR AN HOUR TIL 4:00PM...THIS PLACE UNORGANIZED.. NO ACTUAL DOCTOR IS ON SITE... ONLY A P/A A PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT... AND THESE PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO PUSH YOU BACK TO WORK. WITHOUT REASONABLE ASSESSMENT. If you need a DOT PHYSICAL DO NOT COME HERE CUS YOU SIT HERE FROM OPEN TO THE TIME THEY ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE.

    I went for a drug urinalysis the tech who completed my test was well seasoned and knowledgeable and very professional process was easy going. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly and very organized! It was a clerk/tech male who was overly loud and making the process difficult for no reason I watched him antagonize other clients not so much me I was direct from the beginning he shouldn’t be in the front it was 8:30am why are screaming was my first thought. Other than that it was cool as long as the guy with the Santa hat moved on lol

    I came in for the CBP medical/ physical fitness test,it was smooth. Staffs are friendly and does their job professionally. Big cheers to Robert who administer the exam.on me, Thanks for your professionalism. I can't forget to thank the physician as well.
