Had issues with the first caregiver staying for the allotted time and showing up. It was a good thing I had put a camera on the front door to document them not showing up and leaving early. Reached out to owner Gina and explained concerns. Was assured she would look into it. Next caregiver seemed nice but again, when checking the camera, she only stayed for 2 hours on a 3 hour minimum job. And when she was there she was on her phone 80% of the time. If you go with this company, make sure you have a camera outside to document when the caregiver was there because you will be billed for time not there. I hate writing this kind of review but felt betrayed by a company meant to help the elderly.

She is very kind, professional, compassionate and caring to my Mother which I am very great full. Ruth baths my mother makes her great meals and exercises her arms and legs does laundry goes to the store for her and keeps her motivated to keep her spirts high. She went out of way to help my sister take care of my Mom when she was in the hospital this was way over the top. I well never forget the kindness and this meant so much to my sister and me. Also my sister had to return early to North Carolina because her hubby was recovering from surgery and he had a complication. I was still in Key West on vacation and Ruth stayed with my Mom around the clock so I could enjoy my only vacation that I had this year. Gina the owner is very protective of her clients and caregivers to keep safe from the covid virus any any other problems they may encounter. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends to take care of any of their family members. They will really take excellent care of them. Also I had another agency who charged my mother an outrageous amount of money for horrible care. So i was so glad my friend Theresa Talley referred me to Gina i will never forget her help to tell me about this great agency. Gina does not take advantage of the seniors her charges are so fair and she goes over and above to care for family members and does not take advantage of them financially. This is an honorable owner who really cares for her clients. I am so happy I found this company. Please use them if you ever need family care you will never be disappointed. Keep up the excellent work. I will give you a 5 star and above. You are a very caring and loving owner to your clients, their families and your employees. God will reward you when you get to heaven.
