Ms. Jenn always stayed on top of appointments and reminders, and it was clear she genuinely enjoyed connecting with every patient. Dom consistently took time to check in and see how Kaycen was feeling during therapy. Maddie, Kaycen’s PT therapist, always greeted him with a smile, made therapy fun, and found ways to relate to him—even helping him laugh while working through painful stretches. Before discharge, the team made sure we were comfortable with the decision and provided a variety of stretches for Kaycen to continue at home. We’re so grateful for the care and support we received.
