- TBTara BradleySep 16, 20251.0These new pharmacists are something else. They either hang up on you after saying "hold!" or they leave you on a never ending hold! Then they get an attitude when I ask why i'm getting text messages & phone calls that I have a prescription ready for pickup yet there's nothing in the app nor did I call anything in. Never had this issue with Susan, Greg or Stephen!! Might be time I switch my meds to another local pharmacy.

Especially how to give great service! I grew up in a pharmacy. My dad was a pharmacist, I really know what counts. This is the best pharmacy in the area, for pricing, and service.
