- TBTara BradleySep 16, 20251.0These new pharmacists are something else. They either hang up on you after saying "hold!" or they leave you on a never ending hold! Then they get an attitude when I ask why i'm getting text messages & phone calls that I have a prescription ready for pickup yet there's nothing in the app nor did I call anything in. Never had this issue with Susan, Greg or Stephen!! Might be time I switch my meds to another local pharmacy.

Stopped by to pick up a prescription on the way home from the hospital. The drug was over $500 and all their recommendations on getting a free coupon or discount did not work. Various eligibility and other snafus. They intervened, made a call, and got me a free trial prescription which is all I need. I was overwhelmed with gratitude. Then of course got 5 minutes of information on the ins and outs of taking it. By the way, they take Good Rx and are much cheaper than the chains. Thanks again Wendy and Bonnie!

I came back and not filled. Had to wait 15 minutes longer. Very testy attitude. Never have such problems at CVS or Walgreens. Check other similar reviews and go elsewhere
