When I went back a few days later the practitioner asked me about a bandage on my hand. I told her I burnt my finger, she then examined my Injury and put ointment on it and redressed it.

I am a doctor in healthcare and that’s a big no no . How can I trust such institution with my PHI if their head is down in a phone texting, watching shows (yes I observed a front desk person watching shows ) or whatever they are doing isn’t helping the consumer. The MAs that work in the back was very polite and pleasant no complaints. That’s front desk has to get it together. To have a front desk and they are playing loud music and on phones is not a good look ,they are the first faces you see and that’s the impression you get. Horrible will never come again
