I did take my test on time but for some reasons only 1 part of the test has been completed. Driving back and forth to the same place 3 times can be annoying 😑. I hope the staff pay more attention to paperwork and not make people go back and forth for something that can be completed once.

I entered it without thinking twice, assuming it would be handled securely. After the test, they handed me a printed receipt, and to my shock, my full SSN was printed right on it. This is a serious breach of privacy. SSNs are sensitive personal information and should never be exposed like that, especially on a physical document handed to a customer. It’s not just careless, it’s outrageous and potentially dangerous. I expected professionalism and basic data protection. Instead, I left feeling vulnerable and disappointed. This needs to be addressed immediately.

- MSMike SweeneyOct 14, 20251.0I came in for a PFT for my job at Rogers Corporation. I came in at 820am. I was roomed by a medical assistant at around 9am. The MA did the PFT I came in for. I was then taken to another room at 938am waiting for the doctor. I sat in that room for 3 hours because of the poor communication between providers. Totally disgusted with this inept organization. They have a sign on the walls of the rooms to not threaten the providers. I know why that sign is there…because this is how they run this organization. They have many bad outcomes for there no quality of care. I am sure many patients have complained. I was forced to give at least one star so I could post this message. Actually no stars reflects this poor badly run organization. I hope everyone gets to read this message and choose anywhere but Concerta for their respiratory needs.
