    My second time with this clinic at 5 Points (for a very different ailment from the first time). Each time they have been a delight to work with -- friendly and cheerful, a great team. This is in addition to their competence and a level of attention to details and changes in my condition -- and necessary changes in my treatment plan -- that have literally got me back on my feet and ready to take control of my own continued improvement. I recommend them highly.

    I have utilized many PT offices,or clinics, over the years and fortunately most are pretty good at what they do. However, this is the first time that I have ever experienced such marked and rapid improvement in such little time. I chose this particular facility because they advertised one on one attention and were capable of providing occupational as well as physical therapy. Also they were recommended by a friend on Facebook and Google. Instead of calling I stopped In, to check them out prior to setting up an appointment. I was immediately impressed. First, by Tim, the very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist and then by the personal interactions that I witnessed between therapists and clients. The facility while small was clean and appeared to be well equipped to handle several clients, with various injuries at once. I was impressed on many levels at this point. I scheduled several appointments with Tim, at that moment, following which he presented me with a printout containing my schedule. I thought that was both convenient and nice. After starting my physical therapy program with my personal therapist, Deana, not only did I continue to be impressed at every visit but I was awestruck by my rapid improvement on a daily basis. I have never achieved so much progress so fast. In fact, finally, I am optimistic about my future. I could go on and on... as I am enthusiastically pleased with my achievements under the direction of Deana and Phoenix. I highly recommend this particular practice.
