I’ve lived in several states in the US and have been going to planned parenthood since I was 16yrs old and I have to say this particular branch is by far the worst. My review is about how they show lack of care or concern when it comes to wait times or inflaming their patients new policies that have been put in place.
I have never had a good experience at this location and have often been ignored or lied to about wait times (waiting up to two hours when promised 20 minutes) and complete disregard to providing alternatives to care needed. The people who work there are arrogant and unfriendly (behind the desk after check in. I cannot say that about the door person as they have been lovely).
In the current state of our healthcare I would have thought planned parenthood would be more proactive in seeking resources and alternatives to woman’s healthcare. I’m extremely disappointed.

Horrible experience. My friend had a procedure scheduled for 9:40 AM and was not finished until 3:00 PM — completely unacceptable. The procedure itself was only 10 minutes, with an estimated 15-minute recovery, yet she was left waiting for hours with little to no communication from staff.
No one explained why the delay was happening, how much longer it would be, or what was going on. Being ignored while sitting in a medical facility for that long is frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional. Patients deserve transparency and basic respect for their time.
If you’re considering this clinic, be prepared for extreme delays and poor communication. Do not go to this facility.

Had an IUD placed today and the experience was so easy and basically painless. Booked an appointment the day before, had a short wait time when I got there, procedure probably took 10 minutes, and the staff were incredible! I was so nervous beforehand but the experience could not have been better!

The reviews got me nervous to visit. But I’m glad I went through with my appointment, staff were transparent and so so helpful. I felt so lucky to get the staff who helped me along the way. Thank you.
