PSA - this location overbooks to levels I didn't know were possible in yoga! The back of your mat is touching the wall, the front just brushing another mat. And feet... so close to the face... too close........

Stuffy Studio w/ Abysmal Customer Service -- Beyond Disappointing.
As a first timer at this location, I was really looking forward to beginning a membership, considering I've done a couple Yoga Sculpt classes in SF. I went on a Friday evening.
Unfortunately, I could not hear the instruction over the music. Perhaps I could've sat closer to the middle/back and that is on me. That said, the instructor wasn't wearing their headset and was injured, so he couldn't instruct to his fullest. I don't mind loud music as long as I can hear the instructor over it, and I could not in this class.
I decided to leave the class early and mention my disappointment to the young front desk attendant (who had, mind you, already noticed me leaving the class early but chose to not say anything). I mentioned I was disappointed and all she could say was that Yoga Sculpt can be tough for some people and that she'll make a note to the instructor. Her tone was demeaning, robotic, and fake. When I mentioned her response was also disappointing she met me with defensiveness and more cold energy. Girl! I'm just trying to be honest, I'm not attacking, my tone was neutral, and I expected a quick gab, some empathy, and a "how about you try this class/instructor instead?"
Literally... basic customer service.
What happened to being real? Or showing some basic empathy? Sometimes you'll have the worst day in a long time, book a yoga sculpt class on a whim to move your body, and be met with the most stank, ridiculous energy that makes you lose all hope for genuine interaction in this city.
Perhaps I'm used to the treatment at Solidcore but this experience was abysmal. From the class to the mats that smell like toe cheese to the nasty, vapid energy at the front desk.
And given other comments retailing similar experiences.... this is NOT a one-off situation. You're better off elsewhere.

Got here at 11:03 for a class that started at 11 and the front desk wouldn’t let me in because the instructor said not to let anyone in. The previous week, several people had walked in after 11.

Lexie’s shrieking, allegedly teaching, doesn’t belong in a yoga studio. Her class felt disorganized and rushed, and it didn’t help to have her screaming instructions at the top of her lungs in the small studio. This experience was wholly disappointing. For $37 per class, I’d skip AdMo CorePower and go elsewhere.
