An hour and 8 minutes later I ask what is taking so long just to find out that I wasn't checked in and the Specialist I was supposed to see left for the day because I "wasn't there." I live 45 minutes away and have to go to this location because the Concentra office by my house doesn't have a specialist. It seems lie every Concentra office is run like rubbish. Anyone that is dealing with comp cases, STOP going to Concentra locations and get a second opinion and avoid these locations like the plague!!!!

There was no way to prioritize or reorder certain appointments such as mine that really wouldn’t have made any noticeable difference to other patients in their wait times for something that is so quick.
