She spoke very loudly, which made me feel immediately intimidated. She asked if I had an appointment, and I said no, I was there for testing. She then asked what kind of test I was there for. I didn’t feel comfortable sharing that information out loud, especially with other people in the waiting room, but I felt pressured to answer. After I told her, I mentioned that I didn’t feel it was appropriate to have to say that information aloud for everyone to hear.
