I explained to staff I have something urgent to do. The staff are sitting there still talking not doing nothing. If I can rate this place zero stars I would. 0/10 do not recommend! Very unprofessional!

- KLkaren lancaster6 days ago1.0⭐ 1-Star Review (If I could give zero, I would.) I had an appointment at Concentra for 12:00 PM. I arrived early at 11:45, thinking it would speed things up. It is now 2:30 PM, and I am STILL sitting in the waiting room with absolutely no update, no explanation, and no sense of urgency from the staff. This place is unbelievably unorganized and clearly has zero respect for people’s time. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if walk-ins and appointments are treated the same? The waiting room is full, people are visibly frustrated, and yet the staff moves like they have all day — while the rest of us are stuck waiting hours past our scheduled times. This has been one of the worst medical office experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time even a little, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Concentra needs serious improvement in communication, scheduling, and basic professionalism.
