You don’t have to repeat the same thing over and over. sometimes the wait can be long but that’s expected in any medical/ doctor facility. Dr. Moy is excellent. Takes the time to figure out the problem. And solutions. Micheal at pt is top notch, has a plan, and gets you feeling better and back to work quickly.

The black girl with the braids has the worst attitude. And the Hispanic girls aren’t too far behind. Please train your staff on how to deal with people. I get it that customer service can sometimes be hell, but you knew the job before you took it.
