    All the staff are very professional. Very polite from first entering. The Doctor is very concerned about the patient, takes all your concerns very seriously. And the physical therapist Mike is world class. Respects you and your recovering. Works with you and boundaries. And speaks English and Spanish. Never had a bad experience coming to concentra. They are popular and treat most issues on site. So you might have a little wait. But when your up you know your in good hands and not being rushed.

    When I called, heard “walk in” no appointment needed, when I went there they didn’t have time so scheduled me for the week after. When I attended I had to wait 2-3 hrs! Otherwise staff were polite and attentive.

    I have been here for 3 hours, still have yet to see the doctor. “Concentra Urgent Care” more like “Concentra Holy Christ this is Taking Forever”

    This location was amazing ! It was clean and efficient and the staff that did my appointment was amazing! Alice was amazing very energetic and kind! People like that make businesses pleasurable to go to for people. The two women at the front desk were amazing as well. The first people you see when you walking to a place can often set a tone for the type of experience you are going to have and they made it very easy to see that this was going to be a great experience.

    The receptionist were warm and friendly and the doctor asked me questions about how I was doing and was very informative answering the questions that I asked of her.
