James manipulates the body into positions that gets out the last residual tension out with as little of force that is necessary where you feel so much better afterwards. It might take a couple of times to fix it, but you’ll know when. I was doing too much weight lifting for my age and my body couldn’t take it. But, in the future I won’t try that again. I highly recommend James Eckert for any chiropractic care you need. 10 out of 10 !!
