- KMKat MedesAug 3, 20235.0Absolutely incredible. I wish I could explain the godsend and gift this office is for denture wearers. Not only is the staff professional, they’re kind, honest, and personable. Mari (office manager) spent 4 hours advocating for me and helping me try to get an issue resolved. She gave me her honest opinion, and was beyond helpful. Charlene was so sweet and caring. She constantly looks at you to check if you’re okay, she’s reassuring, she’s exactly the type of person you want next to you when you’re anxious. And Dr. Mark is just as incredible. He did more work to get me dentures that fit in a day than all my other dentists have in 6+ years. I seriously could not recommend this place any more highly. If you need dentures that fit, are affordable, and want providers who treat you like a person, go here.
- NNnicole napolitanoSep 29, 20215.0I don’t we usually do this review thing but in this case I felt like I had to:) My front tooth broke about three weeks ago I went to the dentist that I usually go to they first told me that I needed $1350 upfront for root canal and that my insurance would reimburse me ( which was not true)I then went to Aspen dental who tried to charge me $3700 for the same job and then over $200 in X-rays that mind you my insurance ended up covering anyway so now to fight for my money back …..anyways as I was talking to my mom she recommended calling New England dental and talking to Mary when I tell you I hung up the phone and I felt such a relief just by her explaining things on the phone my first consultation was quick and painless long story shortI did not need a root canal yes I had a cavity that needs to be filled that only cost me $56. I can’t say enough great things about Mary Dr mark and the office staff Again I’d like to thank them for making this so less complicated and saving me a hell of a lot of money
