Just went there at 10:50 am because yesterday morning I took a test a clear blue test, a digital in a normal pregnancy test and they came back positive so I made an appointment today to get tested to make sure that it’s for real went there peed in a cup and they came back five minutes later and told me it was negative. I said that’s bullshit because at home it says it’s positive and I have 1 million symptoms so now I just came home and took these first response test anyone tell me that they say positive right? They are unreal bro!!!!!

Don’t typically leave reviews but the nurse practitioner, Korrinne, is 10/10. Never had any sort of Pap smear or appt in the “lower” area, went in for an IUD and of course I was super nervous and honestly kind of scared. She made me feel super comfortable, explained the whole process and what to expect, listened to any and all concerns and was super reassuring. Personally the procedure was slightly uncomfortable but bearable, left me dizzy and light headed afterwards but the environment was 10/10 even with a clinical student in the room.

I have been going to this place for years to renew my BC. It’s a yearly preventative visit appointment that should be covered by my insurance. Unfortunately, EVERY SINGLE YEAR, I spend the entire following year fighting a bill that I should not have. I go back and forth monthly with customer service and billing about how I shouldn’t have a bill, and then argue with me every time. No matter how many times I explain to them that it’s a preventative visit and it’s covered by my insurance, they still argue, until finally someone with enough brain cells looks into the issue and realizes I am right. This is the 5th year in a row that this has happened, so I will be seeing a different doctor in the future for my BC needs. I genuinely thought that they’d eventually hire and train staff to do their job correctly, but they don’t, and they absolutely suck.

Used this office as my primary care facility from 2011-2016 and not once did I ever feel ANY form of negative emotions from my time there; whether that be shame/embarrassment or dissatisfaction with care/caregiver. Staff always answer to their full ability all that I ask and I was even able to get my pre-work physicals here before beginning employment...which my insurance also covered with no co-pay unlike the walk in clinics which had co-pay...and any 'primary care doctor' facilities never had new patient appointments within the next week, let alone month--Planned parenthood normally allowed me to walk in and get any treatment in-which I needed.
