All of your employees are disrespectful; from the receptionist to Dr Patel. Took almost two weeks to book an appointment as his receptionists were so rude. Dr Patel did not properly inform me of the necessary factors of surgery. When I asked reasonable questions pertaining to a rushed surgery (he did not confirm if I actually needed surgery), like what would be my restrictions following surgery and if there was any alternatives, he became frustrated and disrespectful towards me. He showed lack of empathy and listening to his patients concerns. Would never go back there and definitely would not recommend. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Update: Thank you for your condescending reply. I know the intended purpose of scanning my ID, but as an attorney and IT Security specialist informed me, your system cannot promise security or privacy. I did not get your information from Google, but my insurance provider. But thank you for the tip. Also, as previously mentioned, strive though you may, I was NOT informed. Hence, the following. I hope that anyone thinking of visiting your office reads the arrogant, patronizing, and unprofessional response you decided to post and thinks twice about placing their trust and healthcare in such hands.
What a waste of my time. First, despite the fact that I was treated like a new patient no one bothered to tell me that their location had changed. I was also told, only when I got to the front desk, that I was required to have my photo ID scanned in order to see the doctor. I see a number of doctors with different specialties all around the area and never once have I been turned away because I didn't want a identification with my photograph scanned into a system I am not familiar with. I was told by an attorney that it is my right to refuse. Apparently it is also the right of healthcare providers to refuse care to anyone not submissive to their policies. I guess that's good for me to know ahead of time since I will be seeing another doctor.

I went in for an ingrown toe nail and have had 6 weeks of agony. Lack of cleanliness led to infection of the toe and after going to the ER and my primary care physician all agreed it was too aggressive in terms of approach. I would stay away and seek other approaches to a minor problem. He used a chemical to burn the cuticle so it wouldn't grow back and that led to pain and infection that has made me take 2 courses of antibiotics and I am still on the mend. He gave me no post op instructions and was very lackadaisical about the procedure. It has now been many months and my toe is a total mess. Nail has not grown back as it should and I continue to seek help from other Doctors.
