How they confirm your appt you ask, by harassing you with calls. If your like me and work a normal 9-5 it makes it difficult to call back. However in my case I did call back and followed THEIR prompts to confirm the appt. Yet I am told the confirmation is not seen and that they already double booked someone else and because of this my appt time is changed. These dentists don’t even know they’re losing business by how poorly the front desk is running their office
