Normally I have no problems with dr desilva (ive been seeing him for 15 years). But hes busy so recently I have seen other doctors in this practice. Big mistake. I requested appointment two months ago noone ever called me. For 3 years I have had an issue and when I discuss it with these other doctors they just dismiss it. Now im in actual pain in that area so I made an appointment. I did arrive 5 minutes late because of traffic. Im also 8 months pregnant so its hard to get around. The woman at the desk was on the phone and did not let the doctor know I was there until 8 or 9 minutes after my appointment. The doctor was leaving for the day as I had the last appointment of the day because I work. Well she told me she wouldn't see me and asked if I wanted to reschedule i told her no its fine because im 8 months pregnant and have too many appointments I dont have time with that and work. Apparently this upset her because she said hold on and told the doctor I was arguing with her (which i was not) I can heard this woman talking bad about me from the window. Then she says can you just leave urine sample. I did and then went to leave because she said I couldn't be seen 5 minutes prior. Then the woman from the desk and 2 other women surrounding me all literally screaming at me saying obviously they are seeing me hence the urine. Basically calling me stupid and saying i should have arrived on time and its all my fault. Noone should ever treat someone the way I was treated especially being 8 months pregnant. Thats un needed stress. I had no problem not being seen. I knew the doctor wouldn't do a proper exam. Which she did not. She told me go to a hospital. Never checked anything. Im disgusted how these woman surrounded me (a small woman) and yelled at me like a child.

I am grateful to have found this place. I have the greatest medical assistance her name is Olivia. I have anxiety and she calms me before all my appointments. When she's there my B/P is normal when she's gone it is high. Her and Patina have been amazing!! Sadly, Patina is leaving for personal reason. I will miss her because she has been wonderful. She will be very missed. I come back in Oct. For my next appointment to meet the new NP. Hoping she will be just as awesome as Patina.
