- LALibby ArmonDec 22, 20255.0I came into this class super grumpy and late (for new rider checkin) but everyone was so nice and accommodating. The staff even got me into the room just before the lesson started. The staff was amazing and the instructor Chelsea did such a fantastic job. I left the studio feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of the day.
- AAA AOct 10, 20251.0Instructor Conor’s class was super disappointing. He didn’t himself get on a bike once, didn’t introduce himself, and didn’t ask if anyone was new to the class. He walked in with his hoodie and cap on, and spent the entire session looking down or crouching in low light while focusing more on his laptop than us. The lighting stayed the same throughout, and the music was very hardcore— it felt like he was treating it more like a personal DJ performance set than a workout for paying customers. There was no energy, no instruction, and it honestly felt like he didn’t want to be there. This was the worst class I’ve taken out of more than fifty. The only movement involved briefly getting out of the seat and sitting back down—there was no real choreography or variety at all. Super un-motivating and I left feeling like I wasted my time.
