- AAA AOct 10, 20251.0Instructor Conor’s class was super disappointing. He didn’t himself get on a bike once, didn’t introduce himself, and didn’t ask if anyone was new to the class. He walked in with his hoodie and cap on, and spent the entire session looking down or crouching in low light while focusing more on his laptop than us. The lighting stayed the same throughout, and the music was very hardcore— it felt like he was treating it more like a personal DJ performance set than a workout for paying customers. There was no energy, no instruction, and it honestly felt like he didn’t want to be there. This was the worst class I’ve taken out of more than fifty. The only movement involved briefly getting out of the seat and sitting back down—there was no real choreography or variety at all. Super un-motivating and I left feeling like I wasted my time.

Paige shuts door and does not allow entry and then proceeds to be absolutely no help in rebooking or suggesting any support. May I add she seemed to make an effort to maintain as little as possible eye contact. Very unwelcoming experience ! This would be a great soulcycle if it weren’t for poor hiring of early morning grumpy’s
