This is probably my fifth or sixth pair from them. If you ever have an issue, you can go back and they will take care of it.

Because my eyes are particularly sensitive, I now have to specifically request that my OC be taken and included each time. I've also experienced issues with in store returns that were processed incorrectly, which required me to spend additional time calling Warby Parker customer service to resolve. To be honest, this has been the first time I've found the customer service agents more helpful than the in-store experience. Additionally, I've had several adjustments done in store that made the fit worse, with the exception of Tom - he's been helpful, thorough and accurate.
