Needed some assistance, but some associates were too busy chatting with each other to notice. I finally asked an associate who was with someone, if the others chatting nearby worked there. She said they did and she then told them there was a customer who needed help. The young woman who came over just seemed disinterested in being there, really helping me or trying to get my business. So, I just left. There are other eyewear retailer options out there...
