Staff are always kind and helpful. I recommended this dentist to my sister for my nieces as well and will recommend for anyone else. They know how to work with children who have fear of being at the dentist.

I have been bringing my seven children to this location for the past 14 years, and until now, I’ve truly appreciated the care and service we've received. I’ve always loved the staff and the familiar faces that make this office feel welcoming. Although I live closer to the Monroe location, this office has always been my favorite. However, my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed. I was expect to wait with six children in the office for a hour and fifty minutes what if i didnt have a car and got dropped off that was really inconsiderate. If i would have missed the appoinment i would have been charged. On July 1st, I had two appointments scheduled at 10:00 and 10:30 AM—appointments I booked six months ago. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that we would not be seen until 11:50 AM. Due to not confirming the appoinment. I booked the appoinment 6 months ago when i booked it.This change was never communicated to me in advance threw text or call, and I was left confused and frustrated. I just left and WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I drove 50 minutes one way because of the trust and preference I’ve developed for this office over the years, but this situation has made me never want to come back so thank you. Unfortunately, due to this issue, I will be seeking dental care elsewhere moving forward.
