I make an appt, get an out of network insurance statement but all other visits have been paid. Spoke to I believe Jesse who was super rude stating thats not our job to know if the provider you see is in network....UM hello honey yes it is!! I work in a medical office and we know who is in network with what companies. Totally unprofessional I will NEVER go back

TWICE they turned me away for being sen, when I was LITERALLLY THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE BECUASE I ARRIVED 2 MINUTES BEFORE OPEN. Went to the Manchester one and they took me right away. Very inconsiderate staff

Because it's only led by an APRN, there are some things this Planned Parenthood office cannot do, an example being ultrasounds. So, do not listen to that other review stating this office refused to treat her. They can do STD screening, yearly exams, Pap smears, birth control options, and pregnancy tests. I've been going here for years and I've never had any problems. All the nurses are patient and will answer any questions you have. I'm very happy with this office and their services. I'll continue to rely on Planned Parenthood for my health & wellness for years to come.

I tried to set up an appointment to have an ultrasound done, but they refused to see me when they learned I wasn't going to terminate the pregnancy. They said they would only perform an ultrasound if I was planning on getting an abortion.
