- RSRex Solis5 days ago5.0I absolutely LOVE this planned parenthood!!! From the receptionist to the people escorting you into the treatment room THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! My nurse practitioner was so AMAZING!!! Her hands are like butter and she’s so gentle. Planned Parenthood is there to help women learn about what types of reproductive care they may need. They counsel you on different birth control options and they have free condoms so we can be safe and responsible. They definitely take their time explaining things and answering whatever questions that you may have. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

I make an appt, get an out of network insurance statement but all other visits have been paid. Spoke to I believe Jesse who was super rude stating thats not our job to know if the provider you see is in network....UM hello honey yes it is!! I work in a medical office and we know who is in network with what companies. Totally unprofessional I will NEVER go back

TWICE they turned me away for being sen, when I was LITERALLLY THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE BECUASE I ARRIVED 2 MINUTES BEFORE OPEN. Went to the Manchester one and they took me right away. Very inconsiderate staff

I tried to set up an appointment to have an ultrasound done, but they refused to see me when they learned I wasn't going to terminate the pregnancy. They said they would only perform an ultrasound if I was planning on getting an abortion.
