    Front desk staff, Med Asst and PA were all great. There was a wait but I was informed of that upfront. Once I was called everything from exam to xrays flowed very smoothly until I was referred for the actual PT. During one of the initial movements to evaluate my thigh pain I was hit with a surge of sharp unexpected pain to which I uttered "crap". The PT whose name I am opting not to mention scolded me and told me to be respectful and watch my language. I asked her when met with sharp unexpected winching pain what would be an appropriate thing to utter to which she had no answer. The last I checked "crap" is not profanity. I didn't deserve to be belittled and trastized for "crap".

    Have to say my visit with Concentra, has always been of great experience the front desk staff to the medical staff always extremely professional and very attentive to your reason for your visit. Very friendly and diverse in individual employees in which make you feel that not only they value you but those their hire to represent them. Indeed recommend them remember to be mindful that you are not the only one getting serviced and that sometimes timing can be altered without the staff control because they have to adhere to everyone. Smile to get the same response in return. Thank you to all at Concentra, that make the patient their priority. God bless 🙏🕊️🕯️
