I know Dr. Ruff quite well as we both served in the US Navy (he was a Navy dentist and I was a Navy physician and Flight Surgeon). I am retiring and moving to a different state and thus will no longer be receiving care via Dr. Ruff. I can only hope to find a new dentist that I can trust as much as I trust Dr. Ruff.

He’s remarkably patient, gentle, and genuinely attentive to how his patients are feeling. In fact, at my most recent appointment, I was comfortable enough to get a filling without Novocain simply because I trusted him not to hurt me. He is honest and straightforward, never pushing unnecessary procedures. For the first time in my life I am able to go to the dentist every six months without fear, and that’s entirely because of the excellent care I have received from Dr. Ruff. I’m truly grateful for him.
