- RRRichard Van Rikxoord1 day ago1.0Had insurance on my glasses and paid extra for scratch resistant lenses. Within a week of wearing them, they were scratched. Was told to bring them in and they literally told me "Yeah, this place is usually where people who don't have proper insurance get their glasses". Implying they are a shitty company to which I completely agree. Don't get the insurance cause it wont even matter. All she did was clean the lenses with spray and didn't even address the scratches on the lenses. Shitty store, even shittier customer service. Buyer beware of this store and others like it.

I will be returning here as long as my insurance allows. I will also be recommending this place to all my family and friends.

I actually enjoyed the selection process. The selection of frames was very good but could be expanded a bit, and it would be great if they accepted AARP or other discounts - that's a general opinion on policies, not a location specific note.
