He has done a lot of sauna/cooling chamber stuff before but I hadn't and I was nervous to try it out but the staff was so incredibly welcoming and patient with me as a first timer. Piper helped me out and Lev helped my partner. I did the red light bed, then the cryo chamber, then compression therapy and if you haven't done that combo before, DO IT. My partner did the sauna instead of the red light bed, the cryo chamber, and compression therapy and we both went home and slept for 14 hours of the deepest sleep both of us have had for MONTHS. It relaxes your body, mind, and spirit better than anything I've tried before. I work as a manager at a restaurant- on my feet 55+ hours a week and I could not have asked for a better way to start my weekend. Incredible experience, incredible staff, we will 100% be going back. Thank you to Piper and Lev for all your assistance and hospitality. You guys rock!
