When I approached the front desk, there was no staff member present. After waiting 15 minutes, a staff member arrived and informed me that the exam would take 90 minutes, which would exceed the closing time. Due to the initial lack of staff at the front desk, I lost valuable time and was unable to complete the exam. As a result, I had to reschedule for the next morning and adjust my work schedule accordingly. Unfortunately, the staff's demeanor was unwelcoming and unprofessional during my rescheduled visit. I would like to note that the level of service and professionalism at the Thornton, CO location was very unwelcoming and un professional compared to other Concentra locations I have visited.
