I would say that their customer service needs some real directing. I waited in line with 1 woman in front of me for almost 20 min which is fine then when they finished the girl at the window proceeded to go grab some kind of lube and start scanning it in ( there was quite a few of them) I am waiting at the window a foot in front of her still with no acknowledgement finally she looks at me and says I'll be with you in a minute continued scanning in the items and then was absolutely snotty for no reason!!! I hope management will redirect them the last time I went there they were so rude I waited 2 days for my husband to return from work so he could go with me to get my prescription because their actions gave me a panic attack!!!
