Moved to Pueblo West from Colorado Springs recently and absolutely the worst pharmacy to deal with. They put you on hold, you wait forever in line just to deal with rude folks. I don't write reviews often but this place is deserving of 1 star... WE have moved all our needs to Walmart in Pueblo West.

We use this pharmacy regularly and for the most part the people are nice and helpful. The aggravating thing is the multiple multiple times we’ve been told something is ready when it’s not. We have so many wasted trips and time because of their poor management and communication. They could be so much better but by the looks of the other reviews, they don’t care to.

Absolutely love this pharmacy. We changed awhile back from Walgreens. They have been nothing but accommodating and kind. They get my prescriptions done quickly if I call and ask and I never feel like an inconvenience.

If I could leave them a zero “0” I would! The pharmacy manager does not care about his/her patients, he sells his products without making sure he has enough for his patients. I have been a loyal Safeway patient for over 20+ years and have had extreme issues with getting my medication on time.. it has happened to me 4 months in a row and I feel as though they do not care about me or my ongoing medical problems! I have tried to go to other pharmacy’s and they tell me that they will NOT sell their patients medications and make sure they have enough on stock to cover their patients needs. Why does Safeway NOT do that!!!! I have since switched pharmacy’s due to this very reason!! I now get my prescriptions at Walgreens in Pueblo West!

Techs continuously report that prescriptions weren't filled yet because "we just got it in". It doesn't matter cough syrup, antacids, narcotics this happens almost every time. Even when it's been confirmed with the doctor the prescriptions were already sent to the pharmacy this is the reply. No matter how long between the doctor visit and the pharmacy visit the response is the same. So annoying. Once I had to wait 2 days after the prescription was sent from the doctors office. The response was "We just got it in." Don't worry, soon simple tasks like this will be done by machine.
