Moved to Pueblo West from Colorado Springs recently and absolutely the worst pharmacy to deal with. They put you on hold, you wait forever in line just to deal with rude folks. I don't write reviews often but this place is deserving of 1 star... WE have moved all our needs to Walmart in Pueblo West.

On 4 occasions this past year, physicians have verified to me that they have sent prescription orders to this pharmacy but they look at the screen and say we don’t have anything for you. On one earlier occasion, one of the techs knew how to get in another screen and find the order. Today I went to the Dr’s office to provide this pharmacy with a hard copy of the refill after two were already sent over the past week electronically. The response was that it will be ready in half an hour when a text would be sent. I waited four hours checking by phone with their recorded message saying no refills are remaining. Finally someone answered the phone.

I have been going to Safeway pharmacy for well over 10 years, the pharmacist are extremely nice extremely helpful and are very interested and eager to answer your questions about your medication, however I have only two complaints, the first one is a person can never get your medication on time I understand it's not the pharmacy it is the insurance companies and doctors they have to abide by certain legal standards the other thing is that if you ever have to get a hold of the pharmacy they never answer their phones there's been days where I've called 20 times and never got an answer, again I can't speak highly enough about the pharmacists great people.
