- FFFran FieldJul 10, 20251.0**Feedback Regarding Front Desk Staff** I’ve always appreciated the welcoming and professional environment at your office, which is why I’ve continued to return over the years. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience with a new front desk clerk (Sylvia). She was rude, pushy, and unkind. Most concerning, I overheard her speaking negatively about me while I was in the waiting area, which felt deeply unprofessional and disrespectful. I also believe my rights as a patient were not respected during the interaction. Her behavior does not reflect the positive culture I’ve come to associate with your office, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. I would love to see the office return to the warm and respectful atmosphere that made it so special.

Dude who was upset obviously doesnt appreciate the education, experience and skills a quality dentist has to have to be a good one. Sounds like he is jealous he didnt get a nice vehicle.
