Now being almost 81 years young....exercise is not my favorite outing. But Sally made it work...she was wonderful, understanding, honest with her opinion of care, and solved my back pain in reasonable time. I thank you (CACC) for hiring Sally and getting my life back on track.

Kayla took me on as a project a couple of months before my back surgery , to help me get stronger before my surgery. The team had me very well prepared. I had my surgery mid October and the strength the team helped me build made a real difference. I am back with Kayla and the team post surgery and once again , I have to say they are incredible and I feel like I am making real progress. I am very grateful for Kayla and the team and the difference they have made in my life. I highly recommend them.
