Major shout-out to Amber at the Montrose Safeway Pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me fill a prescription. We had the hospital call into Walgreens at recommendation, only to find they didnt open for another hour. Amber called the hospital and got the prescription moved, she had filled and we were back on the road before Walgreens even opened. I am from out of town, was 3 hours behind schedule, with travel plans. She made a difference in my life today, she took the time to be an amazing human! I would give 10 stars if I could.

I have been going to this pharmacy since it’s been where the floral department is. So I have been through many of your employees, many! But, I have to say that Shane, Ariel and the pharmacists are absolutely amazing! They are so kind, personable, compassionate and always willing to help! These 5 stars are for them! I truly believe Shane, Ariel and the pharmacists deserve some recognition from Safeway because they are truly exceptional! If you don’t appreciate what you have in them that is truly unfortunate, and I’d ask you to take a good look. They are phenomenal not only as employees, but as people. And that is what you want in your company.

The pharmacy at this store is as unprofessional in every sense of the word. They are rude and the pharmacy manager can't handle dealing with customers who are upset. They can't keep anything straight. Rude bunch of immature staff! Barely answer the phone. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. My family used Safeway in another state for many years and was amazed at the customer service, that's why we transferred to the one in Montrose. What a big disappointment! Life is to short to deal with rude people. I'm going to file a complaint with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agency and with the Safeway headquarters.
