I transferred my RX from Boulder and a Denver store when I moved here. The folk who work at the pharmacy are always nice to me. Sometimes they seem short staffed or overworked when I’ve gone here for vaccinations. I have had a pain medicine surprise there but that was because of my insurance.

I was having trouble with Walgreens pharmacy getting current medicine. So I called this Safeway and on the phone they were really nice. So I jumped through a bunch of hoops getting everything transferred to this store.. I'm telling you and everyone I know that was the worst thing I ever did. 6 weeks trying to get one refill with through them ..so here's the the scary thing I was told that this medicine can't be taken after 28 days or ill get a blood infection. This pharmacy is telling me I can keep taken it for 67 days. I literally called every pharmacy around plus 2 different Safeway pharmacies and they all told me that I can't do what she's telling me I can really get sick from a infection. I believe after all of what I'm going through and them being so rude and not listening to me or answering my questions this pharmacy should be sued and the pharmacist should be fired. I tried and tried to work this out and no one there cares enough about their customers health

This pharmacy provides some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are consistently rude — especially Maya and the pharmacy manager — and their conduct is completely unprofessional. They deliberately misled me, insisting I could only receive a one-month supply if I wanted insurance to pay, while failing to disclose that my insurance actually covers up to three months. Even worse, they arbitrarily decided that a bottle of eye drops — prescribed for years as a one-month supply by my doctor — should now last 1.5 months. That means for a three-month period they only give me two bottles, leaving me without medication for an entire month. Since when does a pharmacy have the authority to rewrite a doctor’s prescription and deny patients access to essential medication? This isn’t just incompetence — it’s negligence that puts patients’ health at risk.
