There is inexplicably a line no matter what time or day I arrive, and employees act as if the concept of their job was just introduced to them that day. There is never any sense of urgency, with employees chatting casually with each other while there are clearly people waiting to be helped. Today I was asked for my birthday 4 separate times because the person "helping" was simply not listening to anything I was saying. Then she required an additional person's assistance because she had been looking for my medications under the wrong name. This time I was the only one at the counter, yet somehow the simple transaction took up 15 minutes of my day. Avoid at all costs.

I've been handed the wrong medication, which luckily was caught my a staff who questioned something before I left. I've arrived after being texted my medication was ready only to be told to come back later 3x until it was actually ready. I was on two separate medications at one point and received a text (a week and a half after it was supposed to be ready) that the more urgent one of the two was ready. When I arrived I was handed the less urgent one. I've also had to got 2-3 weeks without medication I need because they couldn't fill it on time despite multiple calls and online requests. Do right by yourself and go anywhere else.
